BUSH

Next : Champion

Bush radio Ltd., Power Road, Chiswick, London W4 (1955)

- Bush's first table model is the TV11A

- First ever UK set that was tuneable by the user is the TV22

- Bush's first set using a rectangular CRT was the TUG34.

1937 - 1939

In 1937, it appears that Bush marketted television sets that were in fact manufactured by Baird (Baird models T5C, T11, T12 and T13). But just prior to the 1939 Radiolympia they were set to introduce their first television model, the P63 when World War II broke out.

Note 1 : The TV1 and TV2 were probably first shown at the 1947 Radiolympia.
Also a 1947/8 price list suggests that the TV1 may have been released after the
TV2. This may have been to allow existing stocks of the earlier T91 to be sold off.
