AREN |
Aren (Radio & Television) Ltd., Jeffries Passage, High Street, Guidford
The only information I can find on this company's product range is a price announcement1 at the end of December 1951 which had been updated in the light of a decision that purchase tax was not applicable to projection2 televisions where the screen size was not less than 4ftx3ft.
In late 1953 or early 1954 the company changed it's name to Nera - Aren spelt backwards ! This, plus the fact some of the fllowing model numbers also appear under the company name "Nera" suggests that the name "Nera" was initially a brand name used by Aren.
