PETO SCOTT H52

Next : R.A.P. 846

Front View [15K]

  • Released April 1946
  • LW, MW and SW wavebands
  • 5 Valves (X61M, KTW61M, DH63, KT61 and U50)
  • A.C. Mains
  • Original cost £19.19s
NOTES The tuning dial is unusual. The tuning dial shaft makes contact with a rotating drum which has the stations printed on it. This is then connected to the tuning capacitor.

3 seperate bulbs, 1 for each waveband, are placed behind each waveband on the drum

I particularly like this set.
SERVICE DATA There was a copy of the "Trader" service sheet 798 on CD#1
CURRENT STATE I've renovated the chassis (see picture below) and it is working well.
WHERE FOUND A long time ago from a jumble sale in Nailsea (near Bristol).
